Critical Race Theory

There are two frontal attacks on the churches today, making many pastors apostatize in droves. The first one is the LGBTQ movement. The culture is forcing the churches to embrace the homosexual agenda as being right in God’s eyes. They claim that God made them gay. That is pure blasphemy.

The second attack by the devil is Critical Race Theory. The CRT is rooted in the thoughts of Karl Marx and Sigmund Freud. It comes from a Marxism mentality to destroy the Judeo-Christian values. The culture is forcing white people to bow down to black people and confess that they are racist. That is demonic and ungodly to suggest that just because God made a person white, they automatically are racist. All nationalities have their bad apples, but that doesn’t make the rest rotten.

Critical theory, Marxist-inspired movement in social and political philosophy originally associated with the work of the Frankfurt School. Drawing particularly on the thought of Karl Marx and Sigmund Freud, critical theorists maintain that a primary goal of philosophy is to understand and to help overcome the social structures through which people are dominated and oppressed.

I went to a junior high school that was all black where the blacks were racist toward Spanish and white people and hated them because they were not black. Would I now say that all black people are evil and need to repent for being racist at my school? Of course not. In Matthew 24:7, Jesus points out that in the end times, people of different races will fight each other. See below.

7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. -Matthew 24:7 BSB

The Greek word for “nation” is ethnos, where we get the word ethnicity and culture. It means a race, people and Gentiles. Strong’s #1484

Many pastors like David Platt, Tony Evans, Robert Morris, and Matt Chandler, to name a few, have gone woke, accepting Critical race Theory. David Platt said that because he is a white pastor, he is part of the problem. How ridiculous is that? You can tell that he has compromised his faith to please the culture and has abandoned the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I believe that Wokeism and Critical Race Theory is a new religion that has sprung up from today’s culture. Imagine this; they want white people to get on their knees to confess their racism to black people. I have seen this on YouTube. What does that sound like to you? It sounds like when a person confesses his sins to the Lord Jesus Christ by getting on his knees. The only one that we should ever kneel to is the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want to make it clear—I’m not saying that you shouldn’t ask for forgiveness if you hurt someone directly. Jesus said that we must do that. But to repent for something you never did because you are white makes no sense.

There is no such thing as different races. We all came from one race called the human race through Adam and Eve. A white and black person is the same. The only difference is that one has more melanin than the other. If you would remove the skin from a white and black person, they will look the same. You won’t be able to tell the difference. Believe it or not, the CRT makes black people hate white people. It is also conditioning them to reject Christ. How can you repent of your sins if you have hatred for others? Satan uses it to make black, Spanish, Asian, and even some white people (BLM) hate white people. Hatred only comes from Satan.

15 But outside are the dogs, the sorcerers, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. -Revelation 22:15 BSB

The word “murderers” has to do with hatred toward other people for any reason. One doesn’t have to murder a person to be judged as a murderer. You won’t get the same punishment as one who has murdered someone, but you will be judge under that category. The reason why is that before one kills a person, they must first have hatred in their hearts to do such an act. Let us look at 1 John 2, 3 regarding hatred and murder.

Hating white or black people shows that you are not saved

9 If anyone claims to be in the light but hates his brother, he is still in the darkness. 10 Whoever loves his brother remains in the light, and there is no cause of stumbling in him. 11 But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness. He does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes. -1 John 2:9-11 BSB

Hating white or black people shows that deep down in your heart, you are a murderer according to the Scriptures

14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love our brothers. The one who does not love remains in death. 15 Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that eternal life does not reside in a murderer. -1 John 3:14-15 BSB

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. -John 3:16 BSB

In John 3:16, it says that God loves the “world,” so what does the word “world” mean in the passage? The Greek word is kosmos (Strong’s #2889), and it means the universe and the inhabitants of the earth. The meaning of the word is in its context. The word refers to the human race because Jesus came to die for the sins of all humanity. God loves black, white, yellow, and brown people. God created us in His image and likeness.

If you are a white or black pastor, and you have accepted the Critical race Theory, know that you are now preaching socialism which is demonic doctrine. You will be preaching hate, Satan’s message. Anyone who accepts the CRT will get deceived. You better believe that we are living in the last days.

As Christians, we love everyone through the preaching of the gospel. God’s Word shows them that they are sinners and need the forgiveness that only Jesus offers. Preaching CRT won’t save anyone. Changing people not to be racist won’t rescue them from hell either. On the other hand, preaching Jesus Christ and Him crucified—brings people to the knowledge of salvation which will give them through faith in Christ, the love of God. A Christian is the only one that can love people as Christ loves them because the Spirit of God lives in us.

  1. This is something that I’ve just been confused about since churches began talking about it. I still don’t understand all the thoughts behind CRT (in large part because of Karl Marx and this whole idea around socialism and his views). Either way, from what I know of CRT through research, it does seem to make being white “racist” which even I know makes no sense. Not all white people are racist and there are racists in all skin tones.
I did like when you said “As Christians, we love everyone through the preaching of the gospel. God’s Word shows them that they are sinners and need the forgiveness that only Jesus offers. Preaching CRT won’t save anyone.” I agree, we are all sinners. We all need forgiveness. Having white people repent for something they didn’t do as a collective “race” and making blacks the superiors isn’t in line with God’s Word.
    All people will be judged.
That is something I do agree with you on. Especially when it comes to the whole LGBTQ issue. I have seen and heard some churches talk about this issue in a way that goes against God’s Word. It’s sad actually.

    1. Joshua, your comment was excellent and spot on. Now is the time to get into the Word because there’s a lot of deception roaming around in the culture today. Even pastors are falling into it.

  2. This is an exacting definition of this world’s sinful position, with wokeism, LGBT etc, and CRT all leading many astray. At times like these we need men of the Word of God to speak up and lead the way to Christ.

    1. Amen, Alan. Excellent comment. God has called you, myself, and all those who have the Holy Spirit living inside to proclaim the truth even if it’s not popular. I tell you something Alan, hell is such a horrible place that it should motivate us to save as many as possible from this corrupt culture.

  3. CRT is a framework and a theory. It is a tool, sometimes useful and sometimes not. Like a hammer, when it’s not useful don’t use it. It cannot be “preached” on. It also does not require that anyone bow to anyone else. That sounds like a flawed idea that may or may not have involved CRT. Right now we are spending a lot of time fighting about CRT instead of fulfilling our calling to reach others with the Good News

    1. That’s like saying, who cares about false doctrine just preach the gospel and don’t worry about who gets deceived. How ridiculous. Preaching the gospel entails warning people of false teachings or teachings that can cause havoc to one’s faith like CRT.

I don’t know if you’re a liberal Christian or not, but one thing I do know is that you need to go back to God’s Word and see what it says about deceptive teachings.

Read 2 Timothy 3:16-17 for starters.

  4. I believe the best and most prominent point came towards the end when you said: “As Christians, we love everyone through the preaching of the gospel.” Our work is to produce more Christians in obedience of the calling for us to “Go and make disciples” (Mt 28:19).

Bless you for providing a cut-to-the-chase, Bible-based response to what has caused some issues and sent shock waves within the Christian church culture in the United States.

I appreciate you and look forward to pointing others your way in the future.
