Celebrating Jesus Christ The Savior

Christmas

Matthew 1:21

She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”

Almost 2000 years ago, God came to rescue us from the weeping and gnashing of teeth (Hades).

Believers celebrate Christmas in honor of our Savior Jesus Christ, to remember His love and sacrifice for us.

Even though the Christmas tree and Santa Claus (Fables) have nothing to do with Jesus (The Truth), we turn the focus away from those things and into the Messiah so that He gets all the glory.

1 Corinthians 10:31 (emphasis added)

Therefore, whether you eat or drink (Christmas dinner), or whatever you do (Christmas), do everything for God’s glory (Remember and honor the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ by giving Him thanks).

Merry Christmas to all and may the greatest gift you receive this season is to hunger and thirst for His Word

      1. Thank you SpaniardVIII for the comment.

Just as a sneak peek into what is to come January 2018: I will be starting January off with a 3-part miniseries on the Purpose of Fasting.

  1. “Folks, why would any “rational” person hate or put so much energy into attacking a person that they believe does not exist?” My position is that they know in their hearts that God exists but don’t want to acknowledge it. In addition to that I will also agree with you that satan is using them.

    1. Thank you for taking the time to read one of my posts and to comment. Only Jesus can open up their eyes to the truth before it’s too late. Whenever we face an atheist, we need to also remember to pray for them
